A menos de uma semana para o próximo workshop com o Franz Ruppert, venho dar-vos uma palavra.

Fazer estes workshops é uma oportunidade de estar a par do método IoPT. 

Como todas as coisas VIVAS, o IoPT vai evoluindo ao longo dos anos, e com isso vêm por vezes mudanças significativas pelo olhar do professor Franz, sempre com o foco de melhorar esta terapia do psicotrauma.

Por isso cada workshop é um momento de partilha e de testemunho onde vemos o método na prática, mas também de actualização sobre o método e alguma mudança que tenha sido implementada pelo professor.

E continua, claro, a ser o melhor espaço para mergulharmos na nossa biografia do trauma e trabalharmos na nossa verdadeira identidade.

 Então não adies o momento de participar nestes workshops. Tens até dia 27 (sábado) para te inscreveres e o WORKSHOP SERÁ DIA 29 DE SETEMBRO.

Antes de te inscreveres, certifica-te de que podes participar durante o seguinte horário e as demais indicações:

Aspectos técnicos e formais do trabalho online:

·         É essencial uma boa ligação à internet

·         O workshop será conduzido na plataforma zoom. Recomendamos que se familiarize com esta plataforma antes do workshop. Enviaremos o link de acesso ao workshop uns dias antes do mesmo

·         Ao entrar no workshop será verificada a identidade dos participantes, por isso chegue uns minutos antes para começarmos à hora estipulada.

·         Este workshop foca em traumas psíquicos e padrões emocionais. Durante o workshop haverão terapeutas que farão apoio emocional a quem sentir que precisa

Ao fazer este workshop:

·         Concorda em respeitar a confidencialidade das vivências que venham a ser partilhadas.

·         Respeita que a gravação audio ou video não é permitida.

·         Percebe que, durante este workshop, tem que estar sozinho(a) e num lugar privado, sem interferências de outras pessoas ou barulho. Para além de si próprio(a), em circunstância alguma, ninguém deve ouvir ou ver a sessão.

·         Durante o workshop, o seu telemóvel/celular estará desligado.

·         Declara que está em condições de saúde física e psíquica que lhe permitem participar neste workshop de psicoterapia.

IoPT WORKSHOP w/ Franz Ruppert

With less than a week to go before the next workshop with Franz Ruppert, I wanted to say a few words.

These workshops are an opportunity to learn about the IoPT method. 

Like all living things, IoPT has evolved over the years, and with that evolution come significant changes from the perspective of Professor Franz, always with a focus on improving this psychotrauma therapy.

That is why each workshop is a moment of sharing and testimony where we see the method in practice, but also an update on the method and any changes that have been implemented by the professor.

And, of course, it continues to be the best space for us to dive into our trauma biography and work on our true identity.

So don't delay in participating in these workshops. You have until the 27th (Saturday) to register, and the WORKSHOP WILL BE HELD ON SEPTEMBER 29.

Before signing up, please make sure you can attend during the following schedule and meet the other requirements:

Technical and formal aspects of working online:

·         A good internet connection is essential

·         The workshop will be conducted on the zoom platform. We recommend that you familiarise yourself with this platform before the workshop. We will send you the access link to the workshop a few days before the workshop.

·         Upon entering the workshop, the identity of the participants will be verified, so please arrive a few minutes early so that we can start at the stipulated time.

·         This workshop focuses on psychic traumas and emotional patterns. During the workshop there will be therapists who will provide emotional support to those who feel they need it.

By taking this workshop:

·         You agree to respect the confidentiality of the experiences that will be shared.

·         You respect that audio or video recording is not permitted.

·         Realise that during this workshop you must be alone and in a private place, without interference from other people or noise. Under no circumstances should anyone other than youself hear or see the session.

·         Your mobile phone will be switched off during the workshop.

·         You declare that you are in a state of physical and mental health that allows you to take part in this psychotherapy workshop.
